One of the main factors which is detrimental to our life is improper dietary habits. We don’t realize the importance of good eating patterns unless we suffer from one or the other health issues. Over the long run it would lead to many diseases. Therefore, prioritizing your eating habits is a must. Adequate amounts of water along with adequate amounts of the basic five food i.e., cereals, pulses & legumes, fruits & vegetables, fats and fat products should be included in your diet.
